Pumpkin Pie Ice Cream
Yield: 1 1/2 pints
Ingredients:
- 1 can full fat coconut milk
- 1/2 cup canned pure pumpkin
- 1/4 cup raw honey
- 1/3 cup finely-chopped pecans
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
- Whisk together all ingredients in a bowl
- Pour the mixture into an electric ice cream maker
- Churn until it thickens into a frozen dessert
